Rep. Thom Tillis thinks that crafting a budget reflecting $500m. less in spending will spur Washington not to cut the Medicaid amount sent to the states.
And no such budget? “It’s a dereliction of duty. If we were a governing body of a corporation, we’d be eliminated,” Tillis declared to the N&O.
