Listen very carefully to what Gov. Mike Easley says, it may well come back to haunt him and the Down East Kleptocracy. On the matter of state Rep. Thomas Wright:
“You have bank records and a campaign account and either they match or they don’t. And they don’t.”
Yes. Exactly. This is why every single member of the General Assembly who received campaign money from Jim Black needs to have their campaign accounts mapped to their bank records. There is just no reason not to do this — not knowing what we know about Black’s criminal conspiracy. Money was swapped for power and vice versa.
Either they match or they don’t.
