The writer of this NRO Corner post makes a good case for having The Wall Street Journal denominate an anti-Krugman columnist — that is, someone who would consistently oppose Paul Krugman’s fevered statist notions about economic policy with intelligence and verve.
I like the idea, and the very first comment suggested the individual I would choose, Professor Don Boudreaux of GMU. Don writes letters in opposition to almost everything Krugman says. The powers at the New York Times never publish them, but Don puts them on his Cafe Hayek blog.
