Our nation is suffering through economic misery, embodied in a staggering 9.6 percent unemployment rate in North Carolina. We face $16 trillion in debt. College graduates can’t find jobs in their chosen fields. Many others have simply stopped looking for jobs. Businesses hunker down, trying to figure out how to survive under the crushing weight of anti-business regulation, policy, and rhetoric. And despite the seriousness of our country’s situation, Hollywood leftists spend time spewing hate and others continue with their Bush obsession and this kind of nonsense.
Police in Tampa stopped a dozen anti-war protesters from entering an event attended by former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice after the group said it intended to arrest her for war crimes.
Meantime, Americans continue to suffer.
