It continues to amaze me that businesses and property owners are
portrayed as evil when they don’t comply with every whim of local
planning officials.  Consider the Brier Creek shopping center
management, which is being criticized
for not providing direct public transit access to the
center.   The fact that at larger, spread out shopping
centers like Brier Creek, bus access just may not be practical, never
crossed anyone’s mind.  Be sure to skip down to the density vs.
sprawl discussion–Thomas Crowder essentially says that if the shopping
center were dense, rather than spread out, it would be, well…dense.
