During the unveiling of Gov. Pat McCrory’s 10-year transportation plan, Sen. Phil Berger said we’ll “see an effort to address some things in the Triad area, the loop around Greensboro.”
I’m all for cost-benefit analyses, but considering the fact that such analyses on mass transit projects are so out of whack —especially in Charlotte, where McCrory was mayor —- I’m still skeptical.
