Casey Bokhoven’s father files a wrongful death lawsuit against WXII anchor Tolly Carr. Also included in the suit are the three downtown bars where Carr allegedly had been drinking before he drove his truck over a curb and struck Bokhoven.
So you have to wonder if the City of Winston-Salem will move to declare Burke Street Pub, Sounds of Burke Street and 6th and Vine public nuisances. It doesn’t seem likely, since they’re all on the right side of town.
