Construction on the new, taxpayer-funded downtown Winston-Salem baseball stadium is being delayed while Warthog owners Billy Prim and Flip Filipowski negotiate a buyout after Filipowski’s Sil Road Technologies hits hard times.
Everyone’s insisting the stadium will be ready in time for the ’09 season, however.
