Troublemaker previewed today’s “silly” N&R story on the EEOC complaint against the City of Greensboro. Officers involved in the complaint and their attorney want an SBI probe into the publication of their names in the Rhino, supposedly a violation of North Carolina personnel laws.
Interesting that Troublemaker says today “the N&R totally side stepped and bullshitted their way past several stories about this issue recently….However, they turn a story quickly when it might make the Rhino look bad. Certainly, I am not the only one seeing this.”
True, though I was surprised to see the story running on B2, which tells me the N&R was burying the story in an attempt to hide their shameful lack of coverage. That’s been a common strategy over the years.
