Where will Gov. Bev Perdue spend this weekend? My guess would be that she’ll attend the annual meeting of the Southern Governors Association, where the discussion will be about global warming nearly the entire time, as I explain today at American Spectator and in the Washington Examiner. Looks like they’re headed towards the last regional cap-and-trade agreement, considering the Northeast, the West, and the Midwest already have theirs. The Center for Climate Strategies is playing a big role. Watch.
