Seeking a declaratory judgment in the dispute over the integration of its pre-merger US Airways and America West pilots into a single contract. The two pilots groups have been fighting between themselves over seniority pretty much since the merger was announced, and contract negotiations are stalled as a result. And until there’s a single contract, US Airways is limited as to which pilots can fly specific aircraft and where those aircraft can go.
Still think a best two-out-of-three fall cage match might be a simpler solution.
