During Durham DA Mike Nifong’s ethics trial just now the courtroom was vacated and a recess called. KC Johnson, who is at the trial, has reported that Durham’s Victoria Peterson had to be ejected from the room for threatening a witness. Way to represent, Victoria.
UPDATE: KC says Victoria has been banned from the rest of the hearings. This is a good move by the judge because when she’s on a roll she just refuses to shut up.
UPDATE 2: KC has reported that Peterson said something inappropriate to Collin Finnerty’s mother. Boy, that Victoria has some class.
