…I do not believe I would be very happy that my county commission primary challenger, CMS Board Member Vilma Leake, sported a large green “vote Leake” button during the duration of last night’s televised school board meeting. But I supposed there is nothing to be done about such passive speech on the government airwaves.
Then again, seeing as Leake’s button was directly opposite some gigantic red thing on Leake’s other shoulder — what was that? a Tribble? — perhaps most of the PR advantage accrues to Mitchell.
