Isn’t that the obvious question that suggests itself after seeing that CMS spends more money — especially local money — per pupil than any other district in the state? Over $8100 per student, on average.
And what is this — CMS lost almost one-third of its middle-school teachers last year? Just up and left the system. Now why would that happen?
Couldn’t be the persistent, chronic discipline problems in the system, could it?
