We’re not supposed to get political and endorse candidates or anything. The following is merely presented as a curiosity, a twist in politics-as-usual.
The Libertarian Party is going to have a primary. Sean Haugh (L) and Tim D’Annunzio (L) are running for the office of US Senate, or so you might think. As it turns out, only Haugh wants a chance to run against Gregg Brannon (R) and Kay Hagan (D). D’Annunzio, at a recent candidate forum, led those present to believe he is running to knock Haugh out of the race so as not to split the conservative vote. His strategy is actually more complicated than that, but Occam might agree with my interpretation.
