The current strain of left-wing, Alinsky-taught Democrats seem hellbent to do whatever they need to do to get some kind of government-run health care bill passed. They don’t care about bipartisanship anymore, seeming smugly satisfied, even happy, that they passed the Senate version with no Republican support.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has ordered long-held Senate rules ignored, has resorted to petty partisanship on the Senate floor, has paid off key Senators with millions in “inducements,” has ordered key votes taken in the dead of night, and has now amended the bill to prevent any future Congress from repealing this monstrosity. That’s unprecedented and also unconstitutional.

The Democratic leadership isn’t fazed by the 67 percent of the American people who don’t want Obamacare. They are single-mindedly pursuing their utopian dream of nationalized health care, come hell or high water. If they are this willing to see any means justify their end, what does that mean for the elections in 2010 and 2012?

If you think the unholy alliance between the Democrats and the corrupt ACORN organization was brazen in the past few elections, I predict you ain’t seen nothing yet. Mere democratic institutions and conventions mean nothing to a party that has shown the anti-democratic tendencies we’ve seen in the health care debate.
