Over the last months the liberal NC news media has been on a campaign
to canonize John Edwards. More than any other candidate he has been on
the front pages and featured in TV reports. Did the media think that if
they featured Edwards enough he could win? However, they forgot that
all of his charm and promises of big government handouts did not work
when he ran for Vice President. Edwards could not even deliver NC for
the Kerry/Edwards duo.
Now that Edwards is gone, North Carolinians can sit back and watch as
the left leaning NC media scrambles to canonize a new liberal Democrat
in the run for the Presidency. Who will pick? Stay tuned!
