I just happened to find an interesting detail in Jim Neal’s effort to financially keep pace with Kay Hagan:
Neal has tried to close the gap by relying more on out-of-state donors, by lending his own money to his campaign and by developing a network of supporters on the Web.
Maybe I’m the only one who finds it interesting.
Update: I don’t reckon Hagan would turn down out-of-state money if it’s offered.
