Where does the health-care reform debate go from here?

The president had his summit, Congress continues to haggle, and the rest of us wait to learn if and how Washington will change our health care. 

Doug Bandow, senior fellow at the Cato Institute, offered an update on the reform debate during a presentation today to the John Locke Foundation and Federalist Society.
