Tomorrow is the International Day of Peace. I am sitting here thinking about all the provocation mischief-makers will be attempting today. One of the sincere events in Asheville will be a documentary by peacemakers-extraordinaire Jeremy Gilly and Prem Rawat. I’m not knocking these guys. Everybody who loves peace enough to put their life on the line and work for it is heroic. But Jeremy is famous for trying to immunize children in anti-Western parts of the world and succeeding. Now that he and his friends are ready to celebrate, we hear of Obama sending combat troops to administer vaccination programs and then that immunization workers are indeed being taken as POWs.
The world is mad. All I can suggest is to let your conscience guide and let the consequences follow.
