So let me get this straight, and you progressives out there correct me if I’ve gotten it wrong, the Constitution means what it says but if this president decides that it should be circumvented in a particular circumstance, we’ll just defer to him. (yeah, yeah I know, Bush did it too.)

I think that’s what they call the rule of men as opposed to the rule of law.
