JLF Legal and Regulatory Policy Analyst Daren Bakst, Fiscal and Health Care Policy Analyst Joseph Coletti, Terry Stoops, and Policy Analyst and Research Editor Jon Sanders returned to Raleigh this week after sharing their expertise at the latest meeting of the American Legislative Exchange Council in Chicago. While in the Windy City, Bakst’s ALEC Natural Resources Task Force approved his resolution to lift the federal moratorium on offshore drilling for oil and natural gas.
