In a press release announcing support for raising the state sales tax, the Perdue administration attributes the “49th in per-pupil spending” statistic to the North Carolina Association of School Administrators (NCASA).
If NCASA is responsible for the statistic, I expect that they will produce evidence to validate it. The media is waiting…
