John Locke Foundation Vice President for Research Roy Cordato has devoted much of his attention to debunking global warming myths. But Cordato attracted attention this week in Alabama for a different research topic: hospital certificate-of-need laws. Cordato has called for scrapping those laws in North Carolina. He made a similar case in an Alabama Policy Institute report, which drew attention this week in the Huntsville Times.
