John Locke Foundation President John Hood earned radio airtime on WTIB Thursday morning. He discussed his Daily Journal column on the harm caused by overly burdensome state regulations. Speaking of Hood’s columns, daily e-mail messages from N.C. Senate Republicans promoted his piece on regulatory burdens, along with columns on local tax increases and the state’s most influential politically connected foundation. A Creative Loafing column from Tara Servatius also quoted Hood’s work on the impact of Wake County public schools’ forced busing policy. Hood’s contributions to National Review Online’s blog, “The Corner,” attracted attention from ConservativeBlogWatch.com, LiberalWhoppers.com, Silobreaker.com, and India Times.
