The News & Observer cited CJ‘s work this week in a story announcing that Raleigh council member Nancy McFarlane was stepping down from her leadership role with the N.C. Water Rights Committee. Charlotte Observer columnist Jack Betts also noted CJ‘s work as he discussed the story in his “This Old State” blog.
