Subject: mid term elections
As you are aware the mid term elections are approaching soon. It is so crucial that we vote for candidates that support public education on Nov 4th. The NCAE is sponsoring scheduled phone banks and canvasses in Wake County to inform every voter regarding our interest in making public education first. If you are interested in helping in this effort, please let me know. You do not have to be a member of this organization. Please say yes to fair and just working conditions by helping inform every voter what he/she needs to know.
I suspect that other members of the N.C. Association of Educators (NCAE) are using school district resources to recruit teachers to participate in phone banks, canvasses, and other political activities. If you work at a North Carolina public school and have received a similar message, post a comment below or email JLF.
