Lindalyn Kakadelis, Director of the NCEA, spoke to Liz
Luke on the Clear Channel radio station in Charlotte on how to improve
student success, choice, and the future of education in the
state. Lindalyn, with the Director of Education Consumers Clearing House,
Dr. J. E. Stone, spoke with Lockwood Phillips on the issue of schools
of education. Extending her message outside of the state, the
SouthEast Education Network published Lindalyn’s Op-Ed on school
spending priorities and their effect on providing children with an
adequate education. As Lindalyn’s message hits new markets with
increasing frequency, some have paused to thank her for her work, including members of Save Our Schools
(SOS), a group organized to maintain the high-achieving elementary
schools that face closure due to an outdated desegregation law.
