Now that we know Amazon will not be placing its HQ2 in North Carolina, Charlotte–which was one of the bidders—says—since the city “values open government”—-will release the public records related to the bid for Amazon HQ2. City officials said they will release the records “as soon as practicable, and within 25 business days” —right in the heart of the holiday season.
Oh well—perhaps Amazon choosing New York and Northern Virginia is the best thing that didn’t happen to Charlotte.
