When it comes to ferreting out details of a government scandal, Carolina Journal Executive Editor Don Carrington is an expert. The Collegiate Network invited Carrington to speak about the tools of his investigative work during a program for college journalists tonight in Charlotte. (The Wake Weekly also published a recent story highlighting Carrington’s work in exposing a scandal involving ethanol plant permits.)
