Speaking of redistricting reform, a Charlotte Observer article on the topic referenced the Locke Foundation, as did a column from the head of the N.C. Center for Voter Education that appeared in the Southern Pines Pilot, Statesville Record & Landmark, and Waynesville Mountaineer.
