The country is in deep trouble when the same “liberals” who used to oppose military adventurism around the globe now dream up reasons why “we” need to get involved in Syria, and the same conservatives who say that the government should not intervene in the energy market, health care market, housing market and so on, think that we can get good results if we butt into the civil war in Syria.
