As April 15 approaches, taxpayers across North Carolina prepare for a series of protest “tea parties.” The Beaufort Observer recently noted the John Locke Foundation’s participation in a March tea party outside the State Capitol. Vice President for Outreach Becki Gray, who spoke at that event, is heading to Charlotte Saturday for a similar speaking appearance.
