Legal scholar Richard Epstein sees plenty of opportunities for mistakes when judges and lawyers decide that constitutional language is unclear and subject to various interpretations.

Epstein spent nearly 90 minutes detailing the problems associated with the absence of fixed rules and formal boundaries during a lunchtime presentation to the John Locke Foundation, the Triangle Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society, and the Campbell University Law School Federalist Society.
