It wouldn’t be a magazine focusing on billionaires without at least some reference to Donald Trump, and the latest “Billionaires” issue of Forbes magazine doesn’t disappoint. While Trump doesn’t dominate the magazine’s coverage of the world’s wealthiest people, he does make multiple appearances.

In addition to being ranked No. 324 in the world with a fortune estimated at $4.5 billion, Trump earns a couple of blurbs. One mentions that regardless of the outcome of this year’s presidential election, Trump “is guaranteed to have some prime real estate in Washington, D.C., next year — on Pennsylvania Avenue, no less.” That line refers to the Trump International Hotel, scheduled to open in September a few blocks away from the White House.

The other blurb notes that Trump has had a much better return on investment than other billionaires this year when it comes to American politics.
